EpicApp dashboard captures the important metrics that matter for business owners. Data is presented in form of beautiful graphs and tables. If you are in a rush, a quick glance through this will give you bird eye view of how the app is performing for your shopify store.
Below are the components of the EpicApp dashboard:
Duration Filter:
Helps you select the desired duration for which you wish to see the data in the dashboard. Quick filters of Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days & Last 30 days have been given. Lifetime filter shows data beginning from date of installation of the app up to current date.
Total Reviews Collected by EpicApp Product Reviews & UGC Since Install Widget:
This widget is independent of duration filter. It always shows the total number of reviews collected by EpicApp from the day of install. Imported reviews via csv are excluded from this count.
Overall Average Rating Widget:
This calculates the simple weighted average of all the ratings/stars received for all of your products in the desired duration. It also shows the split of all ratings/stars by their numbers viz. 5 stars, 4 stars etc as well.
Total Reviews Collected Widget:
This widget shows a pie chart distribution of total reviews collected by EpicApp in the selected duration. The chart is split by mode of collection viz. Reviews collected via Calls, reviews collected via email etc. This is useful to see which mode is working for your store.
Review Calls Success % Widget:
This widget shows no. of reviews collected via calls as a percentage to total calls made by the app within the selected duration. It basically shows the success rate of the calls. In simple words, it shows how many calls are able to collect reviews out of total calls made.
Review Emails Success % Widget:
This widget shows no. of reviews collected via email as a percentage to total review requests emails sent by the app within the selected duration. It basically shows the success rate of the emails. In simple words, it shows how many emails are able to collect reviews out of total review request emails sent.
Collected Reviews Trend Widget:
This widget shows trend chart of 4 metric viz. Total Reviews, Reviews collected via Calls, Reviews collected via Email & Reviews through CSV import in the selected duration. It helps to find whether reviews collection average is increasing /decreasing for your store with time.
Top 5 Products with Highest No. of Reviews Widget:
This widget shows image, title and total number of reviews collected for top 5 of the products in the selected duration. The top 5 products are selected based on descending order of total reviews on that product.
Top 5 Products with Highest Average Rating Widget:
This widget shows image, title and average rating for top 5 of the products in the selected duration. The top 5 products are selected based on descending order of average rating/stars on that product.
Top 5 Customers Who Have Given Maximum Reviews Widget:
This widget shows customer name, contact details and total reviews given for top 5 of the customers in the selected duration. The top 5 customers are selected based on descending order of total number of reviews given by each customer.
FAQ Widget:
This widget captures and answers most common questions / queries which merchants face when they install & use the app for the first time. For all FAQs you can visit the General FAQs page or Technical FAQs page or Other FAQs page on the knowledgebase.
